“Hoffmann Aluminium™ “ is one step ahead!

 “Hoffmann аluminium” plant, established in May 2015 and specialized in aluminum extrusion, has become a leader on Kazakhstan market upon two years of its successful operations. Nursultan Zhumabek, the plant General Director, has told us about its company, goals and plans.

“Hoffmann aluminium™” is a high technology integrated plant extruding aluminum.  It consists of a casting shop, two 1,540 and 2,400 tonnes presses equipped with polymeric powder painting and last generation anodic treatment lines.  An innovative German technology is used in the production process.

The total area (in Iliysky Region of Almaty Oblast) of the plant is 14,000 m2.  Primary aluminum processing technology permits production of over 700 end products. The plant maximum capacity is up to 12,000 tonnes per annum. The company purchases raw materials from Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant.  Thus it processes Kazakhstan raw materials and manufactures final products.

The plant management pursues the policy of technical upgrade aimed at the compliance with the global production and quality standards guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of final products parameters, reliability and durability.

Alongside with the state-of-the-art production equipment “hoffmann aluminium™” has a Technical Department developing new systems and aluminum structural shapes as well as effecting laboratory research and products quality control at all production phases.

The plant is equipped with the most-up-to-date equipment ensuring high mechanization and automation of production processes. The plant capacity permits implementation of its major orders.  Here is some statistics: the plant may produce up to 1,000 tonnes of aluminum extrusion and anodize up to 800 tonnes of products, paint up to 400 tonnes of products in compliance with RAL scale, the plant casting shop may manufacture up to 1,200 tonnes of poles.

The plant has seven shops: casting, pressing, surface treatment, painting and anodizing, tools and packing shops.
