Saripov Aydar Samatovych is an economist-theoretician by major, had an internship in England and worked in a bank. Once he realized that he wanted to start up his own business and to find his niche in business. As a result of trial and error, he came to the construction business. Now he is the director  of Zhana Beton, which is successfully developing and becoming multi-profile company.  Aidar Samarovich Saripov shared some words about himself and his plans with our magazine.

I entered the construction business together with my friend who planned to build a concrete products plant in Almaty. We bought production equipment, we had a lot to learn in order to understand the equipment and achieve good results. We worked for two years like that. I often had to go to China to attend various exhibitions. During one trip to Central China, I purchased equipment for a reinforced concrete production with a view of starting up my own business. My father worked as chairman of the collective farm in Talgar for 35 years. He was highly respected in Talgar District as an honest and sincere leader. When the collective farms broke up, he was really worried. He was also much concerned about me when he found out about my decision to start the manufacturing business. A man of Soviet-times background was very worried for my reputation. Now he is in the Council of veterans of Talgar City, a member of the election commission from aksakals, an honorary citizen of Talgar District. My mother worked as an economist, then as an accountant at the collective farm. She is a good worker and a very distinguished person. I am very grateful to my parents for their faith in me and for their moral support.

In central China, the equipment is distinguished for its high quality. The assembly and installation at the plant were made by Chinese technologists. I believe that it is better to invest in expensive high-quality equipment so that it functions smoothly than to save money and suffer losses. The plant was opened in 2015. The first year was difficult, but over time, a good team came up. We have not focused on volumes, but on the quality of products. You must stimulate and encourage your employees' quality job. There must be bonuses for good work and penalties for negligence in operation. After all the responsibility for work being done and compliance with safety rules at the workplace is the main thing in operation.

One of our clients is Kaz Hydro Spas, which is engaged in emergency recovery operations to eliminate the consequences of emergencies, i.e. river flooding, floods, landslides and destruction.

In addition to the production of ready-mixed concrete of all brands, the plant specializes in the manufacture of a variety of concrete products. We produce sewer rings, irrigation canal trays, tiles to them, curbs, etc. The strength of the products depends on which brand of concrete they are made of and the quality of raw material the concrete itself is derived from. Concrete properties in emergency decides people's lives. This material has different strength properties for compression and stretching, cracking and fire resistance. We produce custom-built claydite concrete, which is widely used in construction. This building material is monolithic and hardened (frozen in a natural way) contains expanded clay in addition to cement in its composition. It is obtained by mixing cement, sand and expanded clay in water. When combined with cement, granules of expanded clay in the size more than 5 mm are used. Claydite concrete has many advantages as high strength, durability, comparable with brick, high performance properties, low thermal conductivity and water absorption. During construction of the mosque in Panfilovo Village, our claydite concrete was used.
