D-M.A. Asaev combines entrepreneurship with social activities. For 20 years he has worked as deputy head of Zama Chechen-Ingush ethno-cultural center (now Vainakh) of Atbasar and Sandyktau districts, and since 2017 heads it. The organization takes part in all events of the region and helps veterans of war and labor, Afghans and low-income families. On the basis of the center there is Vainakh National Ensemble run by Yunus Vyshegurov.

The big loving family supports Din-Magomed Adamovich in all his affairs and endeavors. “My wife and I,” he says with pride, “have five daughters. The eldest daughter Aminat got a higher legal education and together with her husband Ahmed develops his own business and brings up the son of Movsar. The second daughter Khadizhat graduated from the faculty of information and computing systems and she lives with her husband and son Adam in Chechnya. Middle daughter Petimat has two higher educations and works as a teacher of mathematics, chemistry and biology. There is a daughter Jane who is growing in her family. The fourth daughter Aset graduated from the law faculty, she brings up the daughters Maryam and Yasmin. Younger daughter Maryam is a seventh – grade excellent student and prize-winner of various competitions and Olympiads.”

D-M.A. Asaev enjoys great respect from business partners, residents and the leadership of the district and the region. The acknowledgment of the entrepreneurial and public merits of Din-Magomed Adamovich was proven with his recommendation to the gold medal Birlik in 2017. A firm character, selfless labor, iron dedication combined with humanity and the open heart of Din-Magomed Adamovich are the qualities that truly give him the right to call him a man with a big M.

The development of small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan has gained a lot of attention, and state support mechanisms have been created for this end. Nursultan Nazarbayev Head of State in his Address to the People of Kazakhstan “Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness” noted that one of ambitious and strategic goals is to ensure the contribution of small and medium-sized businesses in the country's GDP of at least 50% by 2050.

According to Din-Magomed Asayev, “an agricultural land or any other business will feed only aspiring and even in some sense fanatical people. You need to know how to reshape yourself to please the continually changing market. My wish to those who are still thinking about starting their own business is to be ready for difficulties and never to despair and pursue the initiatives at all costs moving hard towards your goal. And everything that you plan will come true!”
